Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification

r1777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Accepted documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or driving licence. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) r1777 account at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

Registration Information

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You further agree to promptly update any registration information that changes after the date of registration to ensure that your account details remain accurate at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. r1777 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. r1777 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

r1777 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing a withdrawal, upgrading your deposit limits, or accessing certain features of the Platform. One Account Policy: If r1777 detects that a player holds more than one account, all accounts belonging to that player will be suspended immediately, all associated bonuses will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Net deposits made from the player's own funds may be returned at r1777's discretion following a review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on r1777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). r1777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Cashier section of your r1777 account. Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your r1777 wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation. r1777 does not impose any internal processing fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

r1777 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts or bank accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — regardless of your relationship with the third party — are prohibited. r1777 reserves the right to return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and to suspend the associated r1777 account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within 2–5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to supported Bangladeshi banks typically settle within one business hour during standard banking hours.

r1777 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold if your account has an outstanding KYC requirement, a pending bonus wagering obligation, or if the account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity.

Currency & Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus credits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to transactions conducted in BDT. Visa and Mastercard transactions, where supported, are settled in BDT and any applicable exchange rate is determined by your card issuer, not by r1777.

Anti-Money-Laundering Notice: r1777 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. r1777 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze account balances during any active investigation, in full compliance with applicable law. Withdrawing deposited funds without placing any genuine wagers may be considered suspicious activity and investigated accordingly.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on r1777 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game title, as displayed within the Platform at the time of participation. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

Sports Betting

r1777 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted by the r1777 system and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked for that bet. r1777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at anomalous odds resulting from a technical fault, or on markets that are subsequently determined to be void in accordance with applicable sporting rules.

Casino & Live Games

Games in the r1777 Casino and Slots sections are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each game title is governed by its own specific rules accessible within the game interface. Void Bets & Cancellations

r1777 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict markets, or close the account of any player found to be engaging in prohibited betting conduct.

Termination & Suspension

Suspected or confirmed underage gambling.

Effect of Termination

Upon account termination or suspension, access to the Platform and all associated services will be restricted immediately. In cases of termination due to proven fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or breach of Terms, r1777 reserves the right to void all bonus balances, cancel all pending bets, and, where applicable, forfeit all funds held in the account. Where termination is initiated by r1777 for reasons other than player misconduct — for example, a platform withdrawal from a market — any genuine player funds (net of bonuses) held in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Account Closure by Player

Dormant Accounts
